Leadership Structure

RCC is divided into three levels of operations: -
The oversight, the local churches and the outreach arm.

The Oversight

They are responsible for the overall vision and direction of RCC. It is comprised of The International Leadership, The senior ministers and the different International departmental directors.
The International Leadership – these are the board executives and are responsible for the legal operations of the international community.
The Senior Ministers – these will comprise of the lead elder/pastor from each local church as well as other senior ministers.
International Department Directors – each department will have a director in charge of its overall operation.

The Local Churches

The Local churches are responsible for the care and discipling of their members. They are led by a presbytery (body of co-equal elders/pastors) with one being the lead elder or pastor. Each local church has a team of leaders that are in charge of the different departments and house/cell/care groups. They are autonomous and are responsible for pursuing their own local vision which would be aligned with the overall vision of RCC. They should also meet regularly for prayer, fellowship, exhortation and study of the scriptures. They must be willing to relate to and work with other churches and ministries in their locale (communities and nations).

The Outreach Arm

The outreach arm of RCC is responsible for the overall outreach activities. It includes missions and responds to the social interventions of the local churches and the organization. It will seek to acquire grants and funding for the major and local outreach activities of RCC. It will also coordinate acquiring and distribution of supplies for the local churches to use in their own local outreach activities.

Basic Statement of Belief

The Bible
We believe the bible is the Word of God written and complete, inspired by the Holy Spirit and it is the final authority in all matters of faith and practice.

God
We believe in one eternal, infinite and sovereign God, manifested to man as Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Jesus Christ
We believe in the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in his sinless life, in His atonement for man through His shed blood and death, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal visible return in power and glory.

The Holy Spirit
We believe in the ministry of the Holy Spirit to convict men of sin, and of regenerating, sanctifying, illuminating, comforting, empowering, and preserving all who believe in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Satan
We believe Satan is a spiritual being, the originator of sin and the enemy of God and man, whose destiny is eternal punishment.

Man
We believe that man was created in the image of God to have fellowship with God but fell into sin and that man can only be restored to his God-intended relationship through true repentance and personal faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.

Future Things
We believe in:
The personal bodily and glorious return of the Lord Jesus Christ.

The resurrection of the just and the unjust.
The eternal blessedness of the redeemed.
The conscious eternal punishment of the wicked in hell.

The Local Church
We believe that the local church is a gathered assembly of people who have been born again, called out from the world, separated unto the Lord Jesus Christ, voluntarily associated for the ministry of the Word, the mutual edification of its members, the propagation of the faith, and the observance of the ordinances.

We believe that it is a sovereign, independent body exercising its own divinely awarded gifts, precepts, and privileges under the Lordship of Jesus Christ, the great head of the church.

We believe that its officers are pastors and deacons and other leaders chosen and selected by the individual local assembly.
